I went to the true grit cafe to get a bellybomb chicken fried steak. The Broncos were playing the cowboys and it was standing room only and wait for a table. I stood in the doorway so as not to block anyone elses view of the game and the bartender said not to stand there. I left and walked across the street to Eatery 66.
Neat lunch place! Good salads & sandwiches. Montauk sandwich is my fave. Great place to sit in the shade and have a relaxing lunch. Food served from Airstream trailer!

The best food in the Western Slope!!! Best customer service around. Worth the trip from anywhere.
Maybe it was the day of hard mountain biking but the bacon jam burger special was one of the best burgers I have ever had. The 50/50 grind smoothie was delicious as well. It was a fantastic end to a fantastic day and I'm grateful the other place was too crowded.
Just a few more veggie options would be bangarang!
