An outstanding place to visit, camp, or stay. Vehicle/tent camping in my opinion is the way to do it. There's a locker room/showers. Fully-functional kitchen and coffee very morning. The pools are outstanding and vary in temperature and depth, to include a cold-immersion pool. The views from the springs are really really nice as well. I hope to go back some day.
What a wonderful place. A beautiful garden with natural hot springs in beautiful pools. Friendly hosts, comfortable lounge chairs, lawns for sunbathing. Clothing optional. Kitchen, with a fridge for your lunch or drinks. Free excellent coffee. I recommend that you wear a hat for the sun and water shoes. Very relaxing way to spend a half day or more.
Only a few rooms which keeps it very nice and quiet, especially at night. Excellent job on landscaping, makes every pool feel secluded, creates perfect little pockets of serenity. Beds are comfortable, and their cots are legitimately soft and cozy, just as much as their regular beds. Well worth every trip we make, even with a 6 hour drive to get there. Book early, you won't regret it!
Orvis is one of my most Favorite places! Staff is above and beyond kind and accomodating... Private rooms are cozy and beautiful, Pools and landscape are clean, quiet and gorgeous. If your in the zone for quiet, relaxation to recharge your battery and soul, THIS is the spot for you! NOTHING beats staring up at the night sky while floating in hot springs at Orvis.
My first time to the hot springs and I will definitely be back. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. We got massages that were extraordinary. The water was perfect. I feel so rejuvenated!!!
